Wow.  I'd probably get a life.  I must spend over 12 hours a day on a computer...

When you really think about it, what else would I do?

So much of our lives revolve around these bright lights in square  boxes, and its such a big window into the sociable circit that is the internet.

Soon people are not going to go the pub to socialize, they are going to invest in a machine and become 2 dimensional

I Have never been to the pub to socialise, too many people become anti social when they are drunk

Seriously though, I would probably play live most nights, and sleep late most mornings.

I think I would get out more though, walking, riding my bike etc. I would also learn to write by hand, at the moment I can only do a very child-like scrawl

id be a better speller and id probably be out in fresh air more. it would be sad however that i couldn't look things up to find out more about them. it would have to be back to the library or conversations with people who knew more about certain subjects than i.
i think my PC makes my thinking very lazy. its too easy to key into google what you want to know. i wouldn't like to be without my PC but sometimes it feels like it is a big contributory factor to the same old same old routine

Seriously, most of us would find life a little bit trickier without our computers. After all, they are designed to simplify our lives in much the same way as microwaves, mobile phones and remote controls do.
Does this make us lazy? Maybe it does, maybe it doesn't. Nothing is bad for you if done in moderation, or so they say.

Without my computer, it would cost me more to keep in touch with my parents in Spain. Through MSN I 'speak' to my Mum regularly. And I can send her photos, etc, at the click of a button.
Without my computer, I would undoubtedly learn less.
Without my computer, I would watch more garbage on television.
Without my computer, I would spend my poker bankroll on stuff I don't need.
Without my computer, I would actually have less friends.

I would probably do what I used to do before getting into poker. I would go out running and cycling more often than I do now and also learn to cook more complicated dishes.  Generally, I tend to cook a selection of about five vegetarian dishes that are heavily masked by hot spices which act as a blanket covering my lack of cooking ability, lol. I enjoy my own cooking, but that is always a bad sign, other peole are suppose to enjoy it more than the person cooking it  :D

I'd invest in filthy magazines.

I'd certainly splash out on a few of those myself.

I'd get into charity work, try and devote my soul into making the world a better, more loving a friendly place.

I wouldn't be up at this time of night.

I would decorate the house from top to toe.

I wouldnt have an ironing pile a mile high.

I would have to venture out the house to do Christmas shopping instead of doing it all online.

I would watch telly and take up cross stitching again (sounds sad but its actually very satisfiying when you finish one you have designed)

The garden (as much as I hate gardening) would not be in the state its in.

I would get back into my ebay selling (was a power seller), I have THOUSANDS of cds scattered around the house.

On the plus side....... im very much a loner and have met LOADS of friends online and through poker live games (BB bash and P4c games)

and of course there is the porn sites ;-)

although we would be talking about taking desperate measures if the unthinkable were to happen - surely life would never get as bad that we would be talking about "taking a b-word"?

They force us to have bi-annual tick baths as it is - thats two more than is necessary every year!!  >:(

p.s. my answer to the original question is: i don't know and thankfully i will never get the opportunity to find out (or play golf if its sunny outside! :D)
