Tight early and let 1 or 2 muppets knock themselves out and then you can start to play. You should get in the money most of the time like this and it is great for your confidence. Someone on here recommended these a couple of weeks back.

Leave the cash alone. If you can't, play slightly above the micro limits and develop a strategy. People make a living from cash players without a strategy. Don't bluff very often especially on 10 seat tables. Some may disagree but i went through this as well.
