I went to a girls school and this was part of our deportment lessons. How to get out of a sportscar wearing a skirt and how to walk down stairs elegantly. We did actually spend one lesson with books on our heads walking about. There was even a prize on prize day for the girl with the best posture - needless to say I didn't win it as any observer will note when they see me round shouldered hunched over the poker table!

I didn't go to school, well not very much, but I did know a few people who were quite adept at getting into sportscars.

Getting out of the car as 'a lady' won't get you on the cover of the heat magazine though....
