Title: is this collusion? Post by: ju5tin on December 08, 2006, 12:32:28 PM I was playing a $100 sng earlier today, on tribeca, when I noticed some odd plays between two players. In one hand, a player passes a 2200 pot for a 270 chip raise. Then, a few hands later, the same player passed a 4400 pot for 370 chip raise.
Is this a case of "chip passing" to give the 2 players and edge over the other four? In any case, both players go out before the money, however, I did make a comment on the table after the 2nd hand. Title: Re: is this collusion? Post by: TightEnd on December 08, 2006, 12:36:13 PM did you send the hand histories and chat logs to support to investigate?
p.s Well done on your win in the £200 Omaha in Luton on Wednesday Justin! What a result! didn't know you were an Omaha player, I do now!! Title: Re: is this collusion? Post by: boldie on December 08, 2006, 01:01:53 PM especially the second one looks really dodgy. I would pass it on to the poker site and see what they do.

Title: Re: is this collusion? Post by: ju5tin on December 08, 2006, 02:53:10 PM Yes I did report it.
Tyvm Rich, what a result indeed!. I Have played a bit online, even cashed in the FGR event last year, but it was the first time I played Omaha in a festival. The event also coincided with my birthday! Which was one of the reasons that I was playing. Title: Re: is this collusion? Post by: thetank on December 08, 2006, 02:55:28 PM In any case, both players go out before the money Both of them, lololol, good! Maybe they're just bad players, but twice in one tourney, they need looking at. Title: Re: is this collusion? Post by: Poppet7 on December 08, 2006, 03:07:39 PM Glad you reported it.

Post by: Ironside on December 08, 2006, 09:05:39 PM if this was a 5 or 10 SnG i would maybe put it down to lack of knowledge but at 100 either you have found a nice whale in ravane or there was a littl chip dumping going on
