Title: Water in the ear

went swimming yesterday and got some water stuck in my ear, everything is muffled and weird.

Anybody know any cures for it?

As someone who has had horrendous ear issues in the past the best advice I can give you is go to the docs. Tis very easy for them to sort and very easy for you to mess things up attempting to do so yourself!

Agreed, The ear is a dangerous thing to mess with yourself.

A quick visit to the docs will have it sorted no worries m8

ive often found it men that worry more about health concerns. i work for the nhs and our services see men and women on a 2-1 ration. no word of a lie!!

my doc says dont put anything smaller than your elbow in your ear.  Go to the docs.  Of course that doesn't helpp at the weekend.

You could call NHS Direct in the mean time

Type 'water in the ear' into google, there are a lot of sites ( i had this last month  :D , so I know how it must feel)   To be honest, I would go to the doctors on Monday or you could try the chemist, they are normally very helpful. Good luck  :)

Take a running jump and dive on your couch/bed on the ear with the water in, always works for me...
