Title: Re: A hand from a $4.40/180 Post by: Highstack on December 20, 2006, 05:14:21 PM In a $4 tourn you are probably up against AK and JT. I call just for the sheer curiosity of it here! :D
Title: Re: A hand from a $4.40/180 Post by: kinboshi on December 20, 2006, 05:40:12 PM I'd say two pairs is probably the best case scenario - one has got to have at least a set or a str8, surely? You don't want to be calling there against one player, nevermind two. In a cash game, might be different (according to the pot and stack sizes) - against one player and you 'knew' he had two pair - you're a 40/60 underdog. But in a tournament it's an easy decision for me really.
Fold. Title: Re: A hand from a $4.40/180 Post by: Royal Flush on December 20, 2006, 06:51:08 PM Insta call
Title: Re: A hand from a $4.40/180 Post by: Boba Fett on December 20, 2006, 07:05:48 PM You're beating AK, AQ, AJ, KT and JT, you dont have a hope against a set but both have flat called your pre flop raise. If anyone has a set I think it would be JJ, theyd probs raise/re-raise with QQ or KK.
I think the pusher has AK and the caller has KQ/KJ. Id call against 1 pusher but not against the push and the call, I think you have to fold here. Title: Re: A hand from a $4.40/180 Post by: giftedhands on December 20, 2006, 07:30:47 PM pusher flipped over AQ as I suspected and caller flipped over K9
Title: Re: A hand from a $4.40/180 Post by: Royal Flush on December 20, 2006, 07:54:19 PM pusher flipped over AQ as I suspected and caller flipped over K9 I made a good insta call then :D Title: Re: A hand from a $4.40/180 Post by: Horneris on December 22, 2006, 05:12:23 PM Insta call? i assume you're joking. 2 people all in.
A 10, KQ, KJ, QJ, 9 10 (possibly not), JJ, QQ (possibly not). All hands one of them at least would surely usuaully have. Easy fold me here, i agree with Boldie. instant call JJ QQ KK would all have reraised preflop you ore likey to be against a pair with an ace kicker or pair of tens (although often they would reraise with any pp preflop) Title: Re: A hand from a $4.40/180 Post by: Dubai on December 27, 2006, 03:59:45 AM Instant call
