Title: Re: new year resoloutions Post by: Graham C on December 23, 2006, 11:20:58 PM I could do with losing a bit of weight too. Also going to try and get fitter, go back to a place in France we love, play better poker, play some live poker (hopefully starting with the Welsh APAT event if it's Cardiff area), build our business up more concentrating on the website and generally improve my lifestyle.
Title: Re: new year resoloutions Post by: Sark79 on December 23, 2006, 11:41:05 PM Try the 8 minute abs video from the excellent site Horneris posted a few weeks back. It is a really effective bunch of exercises http://www.alluc.org/
My goals for 2007 are to continue to get a bit better at poker, this will involve forcing myself to always do the maths part, stop distracting myself during games by clicking links on youtube and studying my opponents more rather than just focussing on what I have. |
