Post by: madasahatstand on December 29, 2006, 09:23:17 PM get a screwdriver and a hammer. gently tap the screwdriver until the cork goes into the bottle. its a bit tricky to pour intially but better than no wine.

To open a bottle of wine without a corkscrew, all you need is a teacloth/towel and a solid wall. Take the plastic of the bottle top Place the cloth round the bottom of the bottle,and then hit the bottom of the bottle against the solid wall. The cork will gradually start to pop out the bottle.
