Title: Neteller - Very Scary 'Account Closed' Message!! Can Anyone help? Post by: monkeyboy888 on December 29, 2006, 09:04:30 PM Ok, so I just tried to log into my neteller acct, and was directed to a page which said:
An error has been encountered Your account has been closed. Please call NETELLER Security at 00 800 7767 6343 and press 0 then option 2, or email admin@neteller.com. We apologize for any inconvenience. I tried calling, no response, emailing, no response, live chat help, no response. I'm more than a little worried. Called them up and they unlocked it real fast. Not sure why it happens, it might be an automated security protocol, but it shouldn't be a problem once you get through on the phone. I use Paypal and get emails with javascript about once a week from some hard up west african who wants to steal all my hard earned cash.

Post by: I, Zimbra on December 30, 2006, 01:02:55 PM I think it's worth pointing out that you should make sure you're calling the right country; I seem to remember one of the numbers they gave me was wrong (maybe it was for Canadian Customer Service or something.)
