Title: best song of all time?? Post by: Claw75 on December 30, 2006, 02:01:09 PM Anyone else just finished listening to Virgin Radio's all time top 500 countdown? Some very surprising songs in the top 10, not to mention the number one spot (and Stairway to Heaven relegated to 47 this year)

Post by: Ginger on December 30, 2006, 04:38:12 PM Goo Goo dolls' Iris is actually one of my fave songs (from City of Angels), and TBH it's the only thing that I know them for. As for Snow Patrol, Kev found that this was available to listen to on the flight to Singapore and I must confess I couldn't think of who they were at the time, so a few seconds of listening to 'Chasing Cars' and it was an 'OH THEM!!!' moment. I downloaded the album when I got back and now I'm totally hooked, Cheers Kev :D
