Charge them to hit, even when they are drawing dead, that way should they catch up on turn river, they think they are in business and are often pot commited. Otherwise, they get there for free and you earn no money.

You might induce a re steal or a caller might hit the turn and be forced to make a bigger bet at what is now a better pot.

I am BB with KQ o/s Guy from the cut off raises 4xBB. SB folds and I call Flop K K K I bet out $7 into the $9 pot. Origional raiser calls VERY quickly - tells me he has PP or A rag. Turn = 4 I check, he checks. River = 2 So now with only $23 in the pot, I run the clock down and move all in for just over $200!! He calls, with AA and proceeds to rant on about online poker being rigged!!! LOL SHIP IT!! |
