Not me,  it was Horneris who was the person who found this excellent site. I am just a fan  :D.   I am surprised that when Horn posted this a few weeks back everyone didn't notice how good a site it was.  Maybe it was because of Christmas not many people noticed it before.  Cheers Horneris  :)up

I watched it last night, thought it was really bad then checked the reviews this morning and they all love it???

Just watched it, really enjoyed it.Better than Rocky 4,5 possibly 2.
Good plot. IMO it captured the boxing world in a true light on certain issues.

i.e The state of heavyweight boxing at present .Also knowing quite a few ex pro boxers.,That is exactly their mentallity,they dont want to give up.Its a torment when they get to a certain age ,they want to rewind the clock to do it all again .

It was a great scene when Rocky left the ring before the result was announced,proving he didnt care about the result ,he just did want he wanted to do. Get in and fight again.

I hope sofa king has watched this and comments ,on him being an ex boxer.

ps Stallone is in great shape for 60

pps The scene during the credits of  everyday people running up those steps  made me laugh, I wonder how many people over the years have run up those steps because of Rocky

I guess I always compare them to the first one, it was so good, the others have a hard task to beat it

Bond movie is great .  He is a good Bond.  During the chair torture scene, I would tell him anything he wanted to know  :D , too painfull to not tell, I am a wimp when it comes to torture

Blood Diamond starring Leo Dicaprio is very good. Its about diamond smuggling during the fighting between government and the rebels in Sierra Leone.

Another great performance from Leo. I think this is after he made Departed(another great film)

He has gone from being another pretty boy on girls walls to a very good actor.  I think his performance in Catch me if you can was great, so was Christopher Walkens

Watched Mr and Mrs Smith and You, Me and Dupree recently both very good.

Usually when i search for things on Daily Motion IFM, it only finds them in french/german/spanish, so easier just to go on alluc.

Id recommend Equilibrium and Will Smiths new film Pursuit of Happiness is quite good.

Blood Diamond is fantastic yer.

Pursuit of Happiness is a good film.  It is not a Bloke type film with car chases etc, but it is a nice film  :). Will Smith is a great actor when he isn't playing a wise cracker. 

Night at the Museum is not my type of film, but others may like it. It is a bit like Jamanji.

The Wickerman is not as good as the original, but it is worth a watch.

London is long and drawn out. Boring and pointless

The Good Shepherd is on there, but it starts at part 2, so it is useless

The quality on the Prestige is very poor. I started to watch this, but I was playing 3 tables on Stars and I found it hard to focus due to the poor quality. I tried 'We are Marshall' but didn't think it lived up to the good reviews I have read.

Children of Men is Mark Kermodes DVD of the week, so it may be worth a watch.

Blood Diamond is watchable, Leo Dicaprio is a good actor in it

I was going to watch that.  I usually go through the list and if I don't know what a movie is, I go to the IMDB site and type it in.  Stay Alive got 3.9/10 on there

The mrs just watched Saw III  and nearly puked, said it was good though if you've seen 1 & 2

The Hostel is a bit of a gruesome film as well

Im a big fan of The Office but the US version made me cringe. The comedy style in which the Office made just doesnt work on the US version IMHO.

Babel is a good movie with Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett. 

The Gridiron Gang is not very good, but surprisingly the wrestling dude 'The Rock' is not a bad actor in this movie.  I remember a review it got which said it was a well acted movie.  The Rock ain't bad in it, but the rest of the actors just jive talk and are not very good

I just watched Gattaca again.  It had been a while since last seeing it, for ages it has been my favorite film ( or Back to the Future ) .  Great film.   Watch it if you haven't seen it.

I watched shaun of the dead after but should have done it the other way around as there are running gags from SOTD into hot fuzz. Lot funnier like that!

Afew tips in finding links on requested programmes.
Here are a few tips and tricks to finding links using popular search engines such as Google.com and Yahoo.com. Some are pretty advanced wheras others are more or less simple.
To help newcomers to alluc.org I have added difficulty ratings next to each trick or tip to allow you to choose which one you would prefer. All of these techniques require basic knowledge of computers and teh internet and just a drop of common sense.

    Technique One: Google Basic Operators|  Rating: Easy
    If someone has requested a specific series you can easily use Google.com or another search engine to find links. For example, if you wanted to find episodes of 'House' you would type in:

    '' 'House' Episode '' This will search for websites containing the text 'House Episode (1, One, E01, S01E01)'

    More advanced search strings can include the following. This can be useful when searching for specific Seasons, or Episodes:

    '' 'House' S01 E01 '' Common variations can be used here aswell, such as 'Season 1, Episode 1' and so on.

    Technique Two: Google Advanced Operators |  Rating: Intermediate
    Google operators are advanced strings of text that can be included within the search box, these will affect the search results in certain ways. The most popular, and useful ones for searching for links included:

    allinurl:   
    If you start a query with [allinurl:], Google will restrict the results to those with all of the query words in the url. For instance, [allinurl: google search] will return only documents that have both "google" and "search" in the url.

    allintitle:

    Although this is not what you searched for it has shown you a user that has uploaded an episode of House. Clicking on the User's name on www.youtube.com will redirect you to a list of all their videos.

    Technique Three: Uploading Youtube Users |  Rating: Easy
    It is certainly likely that if a user has uploaded one episode of a certain series that there will be more episodes to follow. To see if they have submitted any other episodes check out their user area.

    Clicking on the user's name will normally work aswell.

    In a user's space you have access to external links, extra episodes and groups. External links may take you to their blogs, websites and so on, where they may have uploaded various episodes. Extra episodes an be seen in their 'Video Section'. The user may have entered groups dedicated to a specific Tv-Show or series, clicking here will show you quite a fewlinks and episodes.

    Technique Four: User Comments |  Rating: Easy
    If you find a video of a certain episode, but cannot find anymore from the specific user try reading through a few of their comments as they often post links to other sources, episodes and websites.

        Example wrote:

        Susan says: Where can I find the rest Season 2!? I love this show so much!

        Bob says: Dunno, but it's so great!

        Fred says: This user has loads of great links: http://www.youtube.com/userXXXX/groupXXXX.htm

        Susan says: Wow! Thanks Fred, I also found a great blog with a few episodes on: www.myvideolinksblog.com

    Technique Five: Search Plugins  |  Rating: Easy
    This may require Mozzila Firefox 2.1. I'll be using www.dailymotion.com for this example, so make sure you are pretty familiar wit the site, it's layout and how it functions first.

    If you have the built in search box with your browser, it will most likely be highlighted in blue when you access the home page of dailymotion.com. Click on the button your browser has highlighted and a list of recommended search engines will appear. Clicking on them will add them to your browsers search engine plugin allowing you to search that particular website anywhere.

    This can be used with most websites now.

Hannibal Rising is now on , at last I can watch the end. Good film upto now.

Shooting Aces was fun in a no nonsense Lock stock type way.

I have just watched Jericho episode 12 and 13.  Awesome stuff.   I wish some kind person would put up episode one of Daybreak and also the series 'Intelligence'.   I was planning to try and cure my insomnia problem, but with this site I find it impossible  :D ,  still at least I seem to sleep more than Horneris and a few of the other Blonde insomniac's , lol
