I'm very confused, we are all all in and the chip leader wins, me and luckyduck had the same amount of chips so how come he was awarded the 2nd place finish and the money?? I had the better hand at showdown? surely this is a fault!! I have started the live chat and the manager is saying he will get bak to me, has anyone else had this problem before? or what rules are in place that denies me 2nd??? Equal chips so then nearest to button, luckyducky was button. I'm not convinced it should be done on hand rankings when you are level in chips preflop. It is a very unusual situation though. It showed your hand down first so guess it puts you third. Its a bummer but I don't think I'd withdraw my 'roll from a site because of something that happens very rarely.
