What hands does he check behind, raise the river and call a push with?

I think only QQ TT 2x AA KK, i think 2x is unlikely EP PFR, AA/KK probably raise the flop/turn. QQ/TT are the likely hands, a bluff folds to my push.

It's for an extra 1.5k, not your stack.

You see some hopeful players slow play AA and even KK till the river all the time. It wasn't him, but you who bet the flop.
