When we were in Vegas during the world series, myself and my friend filled out a form which kinda applied for an ITIN number cause we cashed in one of the events. We were told we'd be sent an ITIN number after a few months but haven't been sent one. Does anyone know how to get hold of it? The cardroom manager told me that the .Accounts department would have it.

went back 2 days later he wrote it on a piece of paper for me and told me a letter would be waiting at home for me(i since lost the number) 12 months on and still no sign of it i dont know if i need to get a new number or find the other one |
