"The Poker Heaven team would like to apologise for last night’s cancellation of the World Speed Poker Open freeroll. This was due to a problem with our MTT server and we deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused you.

We have rescheduled the tournament for this coming Thursday. The start time will be 19:30 GMT and registration will be open from 9am on Thursday morning. The same format for the tournament will apply, with the winner claiming a seat at the World Speed Poker Open – the heat will be filmed in London next Monday afternoon, 26th September.

I do hope you can participate in Thursday’s freeroll event.

Good luck!"

They have refunded the buyin but nothing else bit of a joke this site i think!!!

not much of an apology or an sign of them doing anything to compensate the people still left in the freeroll...

I sent an email and got a personal reply, with an apology. I have invited the chap to look at last night's thread and I mentioned that one of our number had a huge amount of rebuys. I also suggest he posts himself, if he does please remember he was invited to do so.

I was'nt being serious about 57rebuys  ;D

I think i have a poor reputation, if people would think i would have 57+ rebuys in a freeroll!

Max 30...lol

Well done robert, they should look at the thread. Maybe it will help them in the future with there customer relations etc!

I believed you had 57, but I'm very gullible. If you were to raise, i'd believe you  :D
