If Kauto stands up he wins simple, but sooner or later those mistakes will catch up to him.  He has only ran at Cheltenham once, in last years Champion Chase... and he fell!!!

Detroit City WILL NOT win the champion hurdle.  5 yr olds have a terrible record, the last winner being See You Then in 1982 (i think).  And he was a bit special, going on to win the next 2 champion hurdles as well.  Don't get me wrong, I think Detroit City is a fantastic animal, top class, but as a trends follower I simply can not have a 5 yr old winner of the champion hurdle.

Detroit City will not beat Hardy Eustace again. I got 9-1 on Hardy Eustace last time out in Ireland and the horse will not let anything pass him. If he's back to his best then Detroit city doesn't stand a chance.

Missed Kauto - how'd he get on?

his usual blunder at the last almost cost him but he JUST had enough to hold L'ami.

Kauto will not win the gold cup unless his jumping is sorted.

Well chief was very impressive by the way.

I agree Kauto will not complete in the gold cup, definitely a LAY for me.

How good was Well Chief...  Fantastic trainning performance by Pipe Jr should be evens for Champion Chase now, loves the track and is top class.  I am going to the festival on the Wednesday, can't wait, the champion chase should be a cracker.

And Beef Or Salmon did the Listener on the line, great ride by the Jockey, hope they don't send him for the Gold Cup again...

A cracking days racing, roll on the festival...

I had a bit on him already before the race (for the champion)..I'll lay well chief off now after making a bit of a profit. He is by far the best proven horse in the race having competed with Azertyoup and Moscow flyer..and I reckon as good as Moscow in a few years atleast.

If they take beef or salmon to the gold cup again the trainer should be shot.
