WHAT an Update that was!

Firstly, huge thank to sloppy & floppy, they updated with wit, humour, great pics & cartoons, informative & fun.

The blondes did their bit too, contributing intelligently & in good numbers.

The players co-operated with blonde throughout, & without them, there'd be no update.

Raj & the Broadway Team must be thanked, but for Raj, we would not have been allowed to update, thank you Raj.

blonde have been updating for just over 2 years now, & have improved the art of Updating by leaps & bounds, for whoch Jen, sloppy & floppyb must take the credit.

Pardon the chirp, but we gotta be proud of the way these guys work to briung us these updates.

Lets hear it for the blonde Updaters.

And lets not forget the Finalists, most espcially Simon Zach & Praz Bansi, what a tough pairing those two made.

And I think Praz, who's exploded onto the scene since his Bracelet win in Vegas last year, has been a revelation. Plays the game in great spirit, wonderful table presence & image, & a nice guy as well. Hard not to admit that the best guy won.

Tournament Poler in the UK has a rich future.

Well done as usual guys. Who is gonna be present at Walsall this week guys? Looks a hell of a field.
I was going to ask for odds on me making day 2 but I just spotted we are playing 9 levels on day 1 so maybe not. I will as always be donating £20 to Tikays' retirement fund if he is drawn thursday.

Remember i player more levels in Bolton than both of us will for the rest of the year!

The blonde Live Update will have Jen & snoops in the chair I believe, certainly I know Jen is booked.

As for me, sadly, even though I won my seat in a qualifier, I am working in London on Thursday & Friday, & in Denmark all weekend, so gotta give Walsall a miss. But as I'd have won the £20 anyway, I think you should give it to me. It's my pension, after all.

Did you manage to get a refund?

For my seat? No, Blue Square kindly transferred it to Cardiff for me. Should be easier down there, all them Welsh.

Ok flushy you can be Tikays sub for the £20 last longer. The only time I beat Tony I cashed so I don't mind donating the £20 as I have a 100% record making the money when I outlast him (score is 4-1 to old fart at the minute).

I just checked out who is playing at Walsall - field looks a tad tougher and double size than Bolton. Bought in yesterday and playing Thursday so see you there. Off to Barcelona for 2 days of prep in the winter sun :-)
