OK so i signed up, all is well i deposit £200 to give it a whirl.

I go to create my "poker alias" and i keep getting a message saying error, contact support and quite 'REF108' i have e-mailed em tried live support but no reply. Not exactly filling me with confidence!!

Anyone know when these jokers normally reply to thier customers?

They've got a good customer service, so they should be able to sort u out.

don't listen to that good customer service recommendation.

had exactly the same problem and rang them twice coz the 1st one didn't have a clue. The 2nd one tells me to email all these details to a particular address. I did that, no response. rang again they said no record so email again, did that and still no joy. gave up when i rang again and he said email the details again.

maybe it's a one off but still annoyed that i have wasted a couple of hours of my life emailing them and ringing them.

I can only go by my experiences, but I've been with them for 4 years and never encountered a problem.

They sorted my Dad out in a reasonable amount of time when he had the same problem.

Probably due to the fact that last night was Sunday, and as such they will have had a very low staff rate....  and now as its Monday, they are all at work and trying to sort out your problems .... although to be fair, a trained team of leading psychiatrists would have trouble with your problems flushy ;)

I would have thought CS would have a lot of staff on a Sunday night as it is the peak time for all the poker sites.

As for the team of psychiatrists, i think they are busy with Ironside and his "AK dreams"

Well they sorted it out and then before i could start i managed to lock my account.

It appears they changed my password for me when they created my account. lol.

Anyhow i finally got on this evening and decided to play my first comp on there, the $12k g'td $50 freeze.

I almost made it to the double digits in terms of minutes in. So far then, played 9 mins, played 1 hand, lost 1 tourney. Pretty good eh?
