Australia rested Ponting and Gilchrist, plus Lee didn't play. Although it could be argued that they are playing themselves into bad form. This is almost as funny as when their boat sunk in the America's cup - to which NZ billboards had the phrase ' what goes down faster than a bottle of Steinlager ' with a picture of the mast submerged in the Ocean ... ps I got shafted by 2 Aussie's to the tune of over £250k GBP from my equity holding at a business startup here in the UK so I am not bitter - most Aussies are nice people... The world cup is starting to look more open though the aussies are still faves for mine, this must bring them back to the pack. Amazing amount of runs. Would love to have been on the terraces at Eden Park in the warm summer sun.
