he's not allowed to say suspicion? Title: Re: Collusion online Post by: dan on September 26, 2005, 10:46:29 AM ive played in a tourney on crypto before and the same guy has got 2 entries, i asked him about it and he admitted it. he said he was going to get both to the final table. im pretty sure he had 2 entries into last nights 35k too but im not 100% on that one. surely you cant enter the same tourney twice, if he got both onto the same table he could dump all his chips

Title: Re: Collusion online Post by: NoflopsHomer on September 26, 2005, 07:32:24 PM If you've got different accounts with different crypto skins I think it's entirely possible that people could have mulitple entries into a comp and dump chips.
Title: Re: Collusion online Post by: The_nun on September 26, 2005, 07:39:12 PM Wrong on that one... I have multy accounts on Crypto.. but only one ISP.. with wireless..... if me n hubby end up on the same table in a multy .... one has to sit out...
Title: Re: Collusion online Post by: Heid on September 26, 2005, 07:45:25 PM If you had two phone lines, and/or two dsl lines you would be fine. A shared IP addy is something the sites look out for.
I had two dsl lines at one point, so you could theoretically have 4 crypto sites going from that one. Title: Re: Collusion online Post by: Nem on September 26, 2005, 07:47:15 PM You cannot sit at the same table on any of the Cyrpto sites with the same IP address.
Title: Re: Collusion online Post by: The_nun on September 26, 2005, 07:48:13 PM Yes Heidi.. I understand that ..But i was just refering to 1 line ...anything is possible this day & age ...

I said did i not just put you out, no one replied and this guy then put me out a few hands later. I was pissed that night never done anything about it, to late now.
Title: Re: Collusion online Post by: M POWER on September 26, 2005, 11:33:10 PM On Crypto you CAN play twice or more in the same tourney, when I qualified for the WSOP there was a Player called Rivercd
playing twice and he did qualify for Vegas on the same night as me. I did bring this up in the forum at the time we were playing and I spoke to Ruru (Betfair) in Vegas but nothing happened and I am not aware of any actions. Regards POKER POLICE Also Known as M |
