Kev will be on his best behaviour this weekend, allured by the atmosphere surrounding APAT events into attending. They were his exact words.

okokokok, right for a good night out in cardiff,if sean dont plan anything for the card room he must be potty ive asked him and he is going to see,if this fails then a nice night out down at cardiff bay,., wouldnt be to far away from the casino if you want to go back later there for a cash game or a few sit n gos,cardiff bay is a nice place nice restuarants and bars. im sean will come up with something for yall if you keep asking on here......

you have evolution nightclub in the leisure village aswell so could go there to score some drugs but as sofa king said Bay is nice and if you head into town, will be busy but so many places to choose from. Then of course as the night progresses, the drinks have been flowing, and that big wad of money you have is burning a hole in your pocket there is always the fantasy lounge which can be found on St Marys Street  :)up :)up (of course thats only if you want some female  ;bumwiggle; in your face!)- God i hope my missus doesnt read this site!!

And also just like to add you will be sorely missed ironside. You were the life of the table up in newcy and will have to find someone else now to offer us free soft drinks!  ;) Get well soon ace!

I'm there Friday night.  With the missus - so we'll be going out for food.  I fancy the Japanese restaurant in the bay - good food and a very social way to eat.  If anyone's up for that, the more the merrier.


Tighty, a mate who's on the reserve list wants to turn up on the day and 'get in the queue'.  What time does he need to be there by?  If he's there early, will he be at the front of the queue, or is the reserve list for the day based on where you are on the initial reserve list (if you know what I mean)?

Cardiff is one of my favourite places to have a night out. ive stopped there after FA Cup finals and it was brilliant every time.

Im stopping there on Sunday night after the Carling Cup Final. Not sure Sunday wil be as good as a Saturday night but looking forward to it anyway.

love to take you up on the offer of the japanese restaurant kin but not sure if can make it. Have to replaster my lounge ceiling on the saturday morn before rushing to cardiff by the looks. Might pm you at the last minute if things change!

tighty me and the 2 young itb guys are meeting up with kev, ericstoner and a few others friday nite, ironside was meeting as well but alas looks unlikely now.

The APAT final will run til around 10/11 pm so doubt there will be any other tourney. Im sure there will be plenty of cash games swinging around though!

Kev, TBH I fully expect chelsea to turn us over on Sunday, I dont think our kids will quite match chelsea's1st team. The kids are a match for the smaller teams in the league as they showed on route to the final but any of the decent teams will give them a few problems

The wi-fi in the reception is probably provided by Orange - and might cost £10 for 2 hours (or that might be 10 euros).  That's what it cost me in the Ibis near Euston Station, and that's part of the Accor group - as is the Etap.

Will miss you this weekend Ironside.  I'd bought those noise-cancelling headphones you were on about for when you were singing as well...might as well return them now.

I'm going down to Cardiff tomorrow as well. Taking Mum and Dad along for company and a bit of a break from the standard routine; and to act as cheerleading squad if I make the final table. Sadly, my mum had an accident today and was very lucky not to break her leg. I was going to cancel going altogether, but she's said she should be ok.
