It's not easy to select the right peeps. They have to be thick-skinned, impervious to constant knocks, diplomatic, tactful, diplomatic, articulate (how DID Kev get the job?) with the patience of a Saint, it can be very wearing at times. And they don't get paid, it's a labour of love. Floppy & Tank have settled in nicely, so now it's time for our new Mod to make his debut.
