Title: Ironsidesque
Post by: snoopy1239 on September 29, 2005, 02:20:09 PM
I think I've caught the bug.

Does any1 think I could have got away with this move? Obviously, I was trying to represent the overpair and didn't think he had a big hand.

How would you have played this hand?

Was I just being a silly baboon?

I'm bracing myself for a few harsh words.  :P

Would have made the re-reraise a lot bigger pre flop to try this move.

After he calls on the flop I'd probably slow way down too.

Shame you didn't have a bigger stack to reraise with on the flop too.

all i can say is that i'ts one thing to represent top pair with a medium bet, it's another entirely to then (after said bet is called) to massively overbet with nothing!!
i suppose you slapped yourself enough so i won't LOL

Yeah. I tired to play it like kings or aces, but my oppenent didn't realise this and decided to call with the better hand.
