Title: funny hand from last night
Post by: AgentChip109 on March 10, 2007, 05:47:49 PM
just thought id share a funny hand from a live cash game last night. playin £1/£1 blinds at local casino.
cant really remember the preflop action but the flop is down which is  Qc 6d 8d. a few bets and a call sees 2 players going to the turn with about £25 in the middle. the turn comes  9d. as the guy who is first to speak picks up a £20 note to bet, it somehow catches his cards and flips them over with the whole table seeing his cards which were  5d 7d for the straight flush!!!! he didnt even noticed till the whole table started goin a bit crazy. he looked down and quickly flipped his cards facedown and tried to let on that noone had seen. the hand was allowed to continue with the other guy in the hand claiming he had the ace high flush (though we think this was a lie) but obviously mucking.

the whole table were laughing for a long time and the guy missed out on a potential monster pot. u can wait ur whole life for a straight flush and then to do that lol

anyone else seen anything like this??
