Does anyone know where I can purchase the first series of this outstanding program?

Cant buy it yet...just download...or sci fi channel, or bbc2 coming soon.

Jus started watchin this, its some good shit...i have a slight problem though, ive watched the first 7 episodes through alluc and now i cant seem to get episode 8 up and running ive tried a few other sites but its not workin. If anyone knows of a link or where i can go to watch episode 8 please post it n here.

PS I dont really wanna download it from torrents or limewire.

only prob is it seems to stream v slowly so you might need to let it buffer for a while and also has subtitles which don't bother me that much but i know can be off putting.

Will do the job if you're desperate for your fix though!

I have now watched series 1 and 2 of 24 from my box series and it is soooooo addictive...JACK BAUER ROCKS!!!
How he manage to spawn such a dippy cow of a daughter is beyond me though.

Argh. Especially bad as I've now pretty much given up hope that a dinosaur will ever appear in Lost so I'm losing interest. Especially becuase flushy basically implied i get to see a dinosaur in series two which I realised was a fu***ing lie after watching the entire series. Note to that fish "BLACK SMOKE!=DINOSAUR ffs"

I downloaded 18 episodes of hero's must say i am loving it.

Also the Shield kicked of the new season in style, love it how French TV showing 2 a week and we can download them :)

Generally I find that any program that involves tanned up cheerleaders is a winner!!

Good TV show.  However the character of Nikki/Jessica is seriously annoying .  I have only seen up to last nights episode on SKY, but I hope she gets killed off soon.

definitely agree with that. the thing with heroes is it had the potential to be great and never lived up to it imo. every episode was OK but could have been better. for example the final episode is all leading up to a fight between the 2 most super powered people of all time and what do they do? well I won't spoil it for people who haven't seen it but I've seen better fights in the Queen Vic on Eastenders ffs.

The bird that plays the part of Jessica/Nikki is as bad as an Eastenders actor.  All the others are good, but she is like a crap British soap actress or any current British tv actor, they are all bad . David Tennant is probably our best actor on British TV right now and that is a scary thought.  Greg Gunberg ( think thats his name ) who plays the cop is a really good actor, he was a great character in ALIAS as well.   Jessica/Nikki does too much of a gerbil open mouth kind of thing that grates on my nerves.   She has to go for series 2.  Hopefully she will disappear like Anna Lucia in LOST.

Tbh I wasn expecting an epic battle from Peter and Sylar, Peter is still acclimaticing to his powers and has not yet harnessed them, Sylar wields em like a kid with sharp knives with no real concept of the exponantial damage he can cause ( proper mad man, great character )  So to see the fight as more of a delay till the real battle, it gives way to the see how peter progresses and learns new powers, see how he brings them in to the foray.

In Peter Petrelli what we have is a "Superpowered" Superman in Peter Parkers body and with all those insecurities.

Makes for an interesting series to come.

And c'mon, how can they possibly kill the Arch Villan and return ofr a season 2, Sylar has to live.

The ending was poor, but the events bulding up to it were good.

I have just watched the final LOST episode.   It wasn't as good as I had wanted to be honest,  it was a bit dull really.   If anyone else has watched it,   what do you think ?

i think endings of these series are underachieving,

heroes was weak after a gr8 series

jericho didnt even have an ending,more questions than answers

prison break actually had a great ending to a lame 2nd season

dont watch lost, might start, season 1 ep1

When someone watches the episode,  look out for when Jack says " Get my father down here and see if he is drunker than I am"  .   After you see the final 2 minutes of episode 23, you will see this is very odd.   



Yep,  I agree Fergus,  Prison Break was great.   You should watch LOST it is a great show

Think they're showing just how much of a state he's in and/or that at some point in the future his father appears to him like Ben's mother etc on the island.

I thought the episodes were great, seems like instead of having flashbacks we might be getting flashforwards now.

Fantastic ending but there were some daft parts........

Why did Charlie commit suicide after avoiding death for so long?
He coulda run thru the door and locked it or even got (or tried) out of the porthole.

Why would Locke kill Naomi but not Jack, they were both trying to do the same thing??

sawyer? the fact that she is not in prison is interesting perhaps whoever gets them off the island is powerful enough to get her off the murder charge. seems like there has been some sort of cover up at least, jack was saying stuff like if only i could tell you and they both/all/just him??? have free flights on all oceanic flights.

  No,  being serious ,  I will watch them on SKY on Sunday again.  I watched them earlier on Dailymotion and it was awful and kept cutting out.  I missed the entire Hurley and Sawyer recue mission and Charlie drowning. Maybe I was a bit harsh on the two final episodes,  we will see.

I gave up with Jericho as I couldn't find one of the episodes online, I forget which one it was.

just watched the last 2 episodes of lost..i thought it was absolutely immense. Gutted that we gotta wait til next yr for season 4.

The first time his dad is mentioned he's at the pharmacist and could easily have used his dad's name on the prescription just to try and get the drugs.  Notice he gives up when she threatens to phone the office number.  Second time when he says why don't you get my dad down here and see if he's more drunk they just look at him in pity. 

Don't think he's alive at all, just in there to confuse viewers and show how low Jack has sunk since leaving the island.

Amazing episodes though.

It was the utter nuts, it went a bit wayward this season and people were slagging it off a bit, its proved itself again! Its the best show on telly by a mile.

24/Heroes/PB/Jericho have all let us down, Lost PWNS.

defo agree with PB... seemed to go south from about episode 10 or so.. seems like they are trying to belabour the story to make more money from a third series.. shoulda ended it with season 2 and gone out on a high.

Ok,  I agree that is was a very good ending.   When I watched it earlier on in the week online, it kept freezing and there were loads of bits cut out of it including Hurleys rescue and other important bits .  I can't wait for next series to start

(1) Does anyone know who John Lamtham is?

(2) Could it be a red herring, say, some philosopher's name just to frustrate the audience (ie. we were meant to be able to read that newspaper cutting)

(3) Is it definitely John, and not perhaps James, which is Sawyer's real name.

(4) Could it be an alias of Michael as he's supposedly off the island and many other forums are throwing his name up into the air?

On a side note, although he mentions his dad, I assume it's definitely a flash forward because 'Hoffs-Drawlar' (funeral parlour) is an anagram of that phrase.

My mate watched the finale tonight and he said, Richard whos one of Ben's Boys doesnt age....when Ben had his flash back he looked the same as he does now. So maybe if your born on the island you dont go past a certain age.

Another thing jacob may be able to take the form of anyone he wants....so to make ppl on the island do what he wants....like earlier episodes with jacks dad etc....Either way Lost is the best show on tele me thinks.

For those who didn't download and watch Heroes earlier this year it is on BBC 2 Wednesday night.
As everyone here has said, great programme well worth watching.

Series 2 starts in the US tonight so it should be up on torrent in an hour or 3 and upped for streaming around midday.

up to episode 11 in u.s but i think thats the last one because of the writers strike, but it's been woeful so far, Ive watched the 1st 10 and(without spoiling it) have been really dissapointed after surprisingly getting into and ultimately liking the 1st series, the 1st couple of episodes seem o.k and theres potential but for me it crumbles when it becomes apparent that the story line is virtually the same as the last one(goes to the future, everyone in newyorks dead, got to save the world etc) the new characters are dull and the episodes individually just seem like the latter episodes of the simpsons, disjointed and weak.

I havnt watched the 11th one yet, is it the final one as written or the final one because the writers have gone on strike, and is it any good?

It does seem as if it leads smoothly to the conclusion but also there are gaps i think could've been filled in properly so i don't know whether the writers strike has done any damage.
I won't comment on the series other than to say it's not bad.
Much better are Dexter. Pushing Daisies. Dirty Sexy Money. House. Life. Supernatural. Bones and Reaper.............plus others.

Yes indeed - after finishing Heroes I started on Pushing Daisies on the train back from APAT on Sunday and it's fabulous. A really, really fun programme - good story, likeable characters, visually glorious and Anna Friel as cute as a button.

With the end of Heroes, the writers strike meant they had to change things - this was not what was supposed to happen, which is why it's a bit crap.

Dexter is superb! If it was on the mainstream channels it would be massive, original and daring...see it!

This is just soooooooo wrong.

I would rather have waited another year or longer to see the script acted out properly and watched the story as it was meant to be :-(

It says to be continued at the end of Ep11, so assume it's either not the last one, or just the last one this season if it is.

It was supposed to be 22 episodes (like the first series) but after they started shooting it the writer's strike started, which shut down the production of new episodes, so they only had time to make 11. So they had to cobble together an 'ending'.

I've just found out about S2 of Heroes.  Bit disapointed to see that it's not a proper one though.

What's with these writers?   The tension in Prison Break is killing me!
