We are aware of the problem and have already made contact with Prima over the weekend, they have informed us that this is in fact a technical error and assured us that they will have this rectified by Tuesday 4th. As Nemisis says, the only time you see the other players cards from Instant Hand history is if they were mucked. Which you can of course request in 'any' live game.
