keep  seeding untill you have seeded to a ratio of 1:1.1

you proberly havent got the right codec to watch the file

if you search teh forum for vlc you should find a progam that will play just about any video file

very bad

keep seeding untill it goes up

otherwise you might find that you wont be able to use the tracker in future

always try to get atleast a 1:1 ratio 1:1.1 prefered

but dont worry if your new to torrents you will get a little bit of download leeway but not a huge amount

If you reduce your upload speed your pc should run faster.

It's impossible to get old files to 1:1 so just kill the upload.

no need to seed these days, most trackers are so open.
