I think I'm ahead on the turn, but not 100% sure. His call scared me. When the turn comes down, do I bet out and how much? What do I do if he re-raises me? Post by: AlexMartin on April 05, 2007, 08:38:30 AM You bet your hand for value on this board, if he re-raises you fold most of the time.

I reckon he could have AQ of spades from his turn bet (top pair with the nutflush draw could make him think about reraising here). In a deepstack tourney I would probably check call here as this is a STT I would lead out for roughly 300 and call if he raises. Title: Re: First hand, dream flop, scary turn, bet on the river? Post by: pswnio on April 06, 2007, 11:34:36 PM Tricky. If he has either the flush or the boat I expect him to lead out here. I think you're ahead but I don't think you'll get the call if you do value bet. I check. That way you see his cards too ... information for later.
