Title: What type of massage do you like? Post by: madasahatstand on April 08, 2007, 04:46:01 PM I got a voucher for a massage for christmas and just getting round to using it now. ive had several aromatherapy massages before and a hot stone massage which was good if not a little on the weak side.
what im wondering is whether i go for a swedish this time? has anyone got any experience of these and did you go back for seconds? always a good way to know if something is worth doing? thanks in advance mad Title: Re: What type of massage do you like? They can be extremely relaxing (I've had many people fall fast asleep with I'm giving the massage) and if you have problems in a certain area they can be very beneficial.

Post by: rudders on April 08, 2007, 06:11:59 PM unless you want a very vigorous massage i would tend not to have the sports massage- good for pre/post sports though ( no suprise there eh?). Also if you are looking for relaxation i would consider an aromatherapy massage too.

The downside is that the oils they use permeate your clothes, & even washing them at high temperatures fails to remove the residue. Eventually, the clothes smell rancid - presumably because the oils used are vegetable/organic based. Title: Re: What type of massage do you like?
