I DID buy the book and it has been collecting dust since, read the intro then decided I was too stressed to give up. I am going to set a date and promise myself to read it on that day. Ok 1st of May Anyone else want to buy the book and join me? Title: Re: my quest. Post by: Smart Money on April 16, 2007, 02:00:06 AM I'm trying to give up reading books, and since I started smoking I have successfully managed to avoid buying a single one.

Title: Re: my quest. Post by: thetank on April 16, 2007, 10:32:06 AM Best of luck vinni, tis quite easy really, watch out for those relapses.
I got drunk, bought a deck and had 3 fags the other day. ;surrender; I simply forgot that I didn't smoke. Feel well bad, but I haven't started again. Got 17 left in my jacket pocket that I ain't been tempted to touch so that's good. Title: Re: my quest. Ok 1st of May Anyone else want to buy the book and join me? You don't need to set a date. You aren't giving you anything, you are quitting smoking. This is the message you will have when you've read the book and you will wonder why you ever smoked in the first place. Read the book now, why wait? You still smoke while you are reading it. Good luck. Title: Re: my quest. Post by: Decider on April 16, 2007, 11:00:05 AM Best of luck vinni, tis quite easy really, watch out for those relapses. For me, I had stopped 12 days before reading the book so I didn't go through any cigarettes. The book reinforced my reasons for stopping and boosted my pride and determination to succeed. -- that sounds made up :) |
