After 21 of 37 events, and this weekends Scottish Event, the top of the table has closed up considerably

The winning player in the rankings receives expenses paid entry into the PokerStars.com WPT Caribbean Adventures tournament

What chance we get the dates of the online series changed next season to a Friday?

I am quite happy loosing my weekend to the live events but when I have the choice of going out  on a Saturday or sitting at home with the laptop, the online series invariably falls by the wayside.  Ive only played 2 of god knows how many online comps, and I think a great many from the lassociation will be the same.

I do think that a friday based online would be a better way to go.  Even better, why not issue an online poll for all APAT members and see what consensus is? That could be big tool going forward. Either that or I am just being a tool for going on about Fridays.

We will certainly review the weekly dates before Season Two. We won't review or change them until then, though.

i am happy with Saturdays, since most of you go out it gives me a better chanch.
plus i am a sad lonely man who does not have a life.

but sundays would be the best alternative

but then again if you changed the day and there was 300 runners it would probbely not finsh untill 2.30/3.00am

so you would have to change the structure, which is against what APAT is all about

so leave it on saturdays

Said yourself that if the runners increase that will mean a later finish and rule out sundays. So Fridays appear a better option already!

The only way forward is a census of opinion.  That way nobody can argue as its clearly for the benefit of the majority.

Haven't managed to play a live or online tourney for ages.
Once again going to miss out tomorrow with going out in Leeds. Must remember to keep my SAFC roots quiet.

Damn me for getting a life!

Why not start at 6pm on a Sunday?  That could be an option.

Or another possibility is having it on different nights throughout the season, so that those who can't play on a specific night of the week get at least some opportunity to play.

Just some thoughts...
