if I gave you Kev's email address and you send him 8 emails a day asking pointless questions and giving pointed reminders, it helps

If emails were paper, Tighty would be responsible for about 68 million trees !!!

If emails were made to look like pies, Kev might answer them

In the last three days I have been burgled by Scousers, assaulted by a Scunthorpe casual, and sat next to the most flatulent dog in the world on an Inter City train journey, so this is a nice way to break that run.

My thanks to Blonde and Mansion!

Looks like I just scraped in this week, far too much time spent in the real world last week!

Kev, as of yet no confirmation email for this week, or more importantly $400 rebate from last week.
Normally happens on the monday, no problems are there?

Zeb

Zeb,

I was waiting for the $400 yesterday too so I got in touch via their live help yesterday asking the same question. She said that she would pass my query to their poker side but the $400 should go into my account today.

I'll let you know progress.

Zeb,

The $400 is now in my account so just takes a day or two to sort out which is pretty good service  :)

Cheers,

Rich

Still no email for me...

A little bit of a concern as in saying which tournaments you've qualified for the email always seems to refer only to those that start after they send the email. ie, they normally send it Monday evening and say you can play from Tuesday to Sunday. Don't know what it says if they send it on Wednesday...

As I posted before, they did in the end refund me when I played a Monday tournament that wasn't referred to in their email. But they didn't confirm that in playing the Monday tournament I was within their rules.

Some clarification on how this works would be nice, if it's possible.

Yes,

I played last nights too (as I work wed and fri days).
I have emailed them and hopefully it will be okay.

Yep Boldie, it's been like this for a few weeks now.   They are pretty good at giving it back though, not had a problem with that bit yet.

hmm strange way to do it as essentially they are taking 400$ out of people's bankroll for a week which means they can't play with that and that Mansion therefore must be missing out on rake.

Perhaps too many people were withdrawing the money when they they put you in the tourneys  ;whistle;  They should upgrade the software so that you maybe get a token or something like Stars do, if you withdraw, it ain't no good anywhere else mister.

Just a thought,

On the plus side, I guess that the $5 that gets taken in rake goes towards next weeks requirements?  $20 in rake is a good headstart, shame they don't offer 30% rakeback too :D

Initially they put you into 4 tourneys, but when they changed 2 of them to 11am kickoffs I contacted them asking a change (due to being employed).
The following week they changed to this, which is better for me as I can pick and choose (ish 4 from 6 only 4 in evening).

Also when they paid you in with their money it was possible to unregister and keep the dough...which I presume was happening as I got a standardised email stating that doing this would forfeit the promotion for you.

Hello Zebediah

Thank you for your email.

Yes, last nights tournament does count as being part of the promotion. The reason why I didnt include it in my email was the fact that I was sending out the emails slightly later than planned.

My appologises for this. Thank you for choosing to bet with MANSION.

If you need any assistance in the future, please feel free to contact us again at memberservice@mansion.com  or by LiveChat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Kindest regards,

Andy

Can't grumble can you....

ah ok..didn't know you could unregister...that explains the change.
