Didn't he enter the London Marathon with his brother?

I think so, at least I heard there was Running in the Family.

Groan, wish they had more hits for me to come back with a response.  :D

One bonus i have just noticed from their website is that Level 42 might be doing a concert at Arundel Castle at the end of August. Superb location, and might give it a go as havent seen them in concert since 83.

he was actually really nice and very polite and quiet. Maybe its because it was his first time playing but he wasnt what i expected at all. We had a scream behind the cameras when hells bells and tikay were on and the poker was almost a team game with three faces crowded over the monitor on every big hand.

he was really funny i thought. We were genuinely cheering each other on when one of us got a big hand we shouted the others. i timed out a couple of times watching him win big pots- he did very well for his first ever game

Ive been friends to many stars (I even know the sidekick from Hale and Pace and some dodgy ex english cricketer ;) ) but im still a chubby, bald northerner who at heart is a cynic. Must admit I was really starstruck by hells bells though- prob one for another thread but everyone must have someone they would just go all shy if they met. I was definately a little quiter than usual.

i was like that when i met Jimmy Carr after one of his gigs , he was trying to start a conversation with me and my brother and all i could say was '' alright Jimmy nice to meet you ''  then '' good gig mate '' then took a photo then walked away.

its so weird , the guy is not even that famous but i couldnt even have a normal conversation with him.

my opening coversation with her (off camera luckily) was about how I had made money on her in the poker million on betfair. I backed her at the start of the final then laid her back for a nice green book when 3 handed and heads up. Technically I got paid 4kish  for laying helen chamberlain- luckily she is into horse racing etc so understood what I meant.

Naked in blackpool was commisioned by sky one to be produced by the same company that made naked in westminster. It was to be a reality show based on the founding and opening of a new and unique club in Europe. PEXXX was going to be the first male lapdancing bar aimed at hen parties etc and was strictly a women only club. Several weeks of footage into the can the premises fell through (legal and financial differences at contract stage) and as they already had the crew in blackpool and the slots booked into the schedule they had to make something so decided to just throw together the stuff on the other normal strip clubs. The partner/GM of pexxx would be a certain bald chubby northerner who did his bollox on it. Sometimes as a businessman (which I was at the time) you have to realise when the figures dont add up or someone is trying to screw you and just walk away and swallow your losses (the owner of the premises thought it was too late for us to walk away as we had already invested so much and moved the goalposts). In a way I'm glad I was never a reality TV star seeing as how some have come across.
