I post this to try and be helpful, not  ;ifm;

I registered online a month before I visited G2, upon arrival my statement that I had registered online was met with a shrug and I was told there was no point because I had to show id anyway and I may as well give them the details there and then.  It didn't bother me because I was the only person at reception, but I thought I'd warn those who are hoping to avoid queues/save time on Saturday by joining online.

Its similar to the bit on the form which says 'email me with news/schedules' - they ignore that too.

PS: Actually, thinking about it, its only via blonde that I knew that the casino had relocated.  Luton still haven't told me.

Harmony called them last night to confirm some details and ask about reg'ing online, she was advised they about 6 months behind and if you are a member of another Grosvenor, membership is really quick and simple.  They just confirm you are you and you are done.
