Title: Dublin Poker - Merrion or Fitzwilliam ? Post by: Raindogs on May 02, 2007, 12:57:15 PM I'm going over to Dublin this weekend and fancy trying out either the Merrion or Fitzwilliam clubs, probably on Sunday night. The Merrion is offering a €15 RB (3 +1 AO) and the Fitzwilliam €40 RB (2 +1 AO). Does anyone have any info on no. of runners, quality of players, prize pool, structures etc ..

Post by: BigTomatoes on May 03, 2007, 10:34:45 PM ive been in the merrion but havent played poker there , it was closed for refurbishment last time i was in Dublin so cant comment on it , i played in the fitzwilliam club , and found it sufficeient , i played in a cash game downstairs but i understand there is a booming cardroom upstairs where they hold the tourneys , no complaints , would definitely recommend the fitz club for a good place to play. |
