Title: N/P Picture Resizing Tool Post by: barhell on May 07, 2007, 08:53:28 PM Several times when i have tried to post pictures as attachments they have been too large and i have not been able to post them. Mainly as a result of not knowing how to resize them.
I spotted this on another site earlier so i thought i would pinch it and post it here, hopefully it will save a few of us non techies from pestering those in the know. A very useful plugin for XP, handy if you are uploading pictures for a site. Download the plugin here: http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe (http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe) *once installed go in windows explorer * select the pic/pics you want to resize * right click * resize * select size Easy peasy > By default it will create a new image - it can be changed. Hope it's useful for some of you as well.
