Only 19yo and only started playing last year. This is his second win this year having won at Walsall earlier on.
He could be a great one, and I look forward to putting a few bob on him when he moves to EPT type tournaments before long. By the way, you looked far too dapper last night, and good luck this afternoon Title: Re: Blue Square.com Luton Spring Festival, Tuesday Result Post by: julian on April 14, 2005, 10:09:22 AM agreed, gotta nice game - well played jp!
Title: Re: Blue Square.com Luton Spring Festival, Tuesday Result Post by: tikay on April 14, 2005, 11:38:56 AM Yup, this lad is the "talking horse" of Luton, & he's delivering the goods already. He impressed everyone at the Walsall Festival with his maturity & range of skills. It must be best part of 9 momths since Jim Reid warned me about JP, "watch out, this lad is headed for the top". I chatted with JP briefly last night, & he has agreed to give Poker 425 - who will have a TV Crew at Luton all weekend - an interview. So maybe we will all be able to learn a littl more about this impressive young man. Now, TightEnd - tikay "dapper"?.........ooh-er. Don't recall being called THAT before....... Nice lad too. |
