I have a better one from last night, but I'm saving my 50p for a rainy day... Title: Re: Always the way Post by: Paullie_D on May 30, 2007, 02:46:39 PM Sorry, I don't like Fortunato's call but REALLY don't like your shove over the top.
Even if you put Greengolf on Ace-Rag (which seems reasonable) what would Fortunato call with.....a better Ace or, more likely a pocket pair? If it's the former, you're in a three way race to see who hits their kicker (albeit that you don't have to) and if it's the latter, you're behind. Given Fortunato's stack why get involved with him at all? Let him take out the shortie (if he can) and be done with it. You dont want them to call.
And in this situation you have little to non fold equity. Short stack, get it in in an unraised pot. You have to gamble sooner or later. Title: Re: Always the way Post by: brummieboy on May 30, 2007, 06:40:09 PM Sorry, I don't like Fortunato's call but REALLY don't like your shove over the top.
