Post by: Rod Paradise on June 12, 2007, 02:35:38 PM Just hit a wee windfall & while thinking of holidays, decided to browse to tournament lists on blonde (cheers Snoops) - I can get to Nova Gorica in Slovenia reasonably cheaply, they have a "Summer Fun" festival that I fancy a wee play at - lost too much in the rebuys & I'll not play the main event & go do the tourist bit.

The poker room was well run and they really looked after the players (free food and drink). It's great if what you want is too play poker for a week. There's not much else to do in Novo Gorica, it seems to exist as a casino resort for Italian tourists.
