Title: Buying into WSOP Main Event - start day choices Post by: CrestOfaWave on June 22, 2007, 11:05:58 PM Anyone know if you can select your start date for the Main Event if you advance purchase your seat online?
I was arriving Thursday but to keep everyone happy at home I now dont arrive until Saturday after day 1b starts. So that leaves me to play on Sunday (1c) but I am a bit nervous buying the ticket in advance if they dont give you a choice... I dont think the event will be oversubscribed . Any help much appreciated. I applied online during the pre-reg period and I have to say the experience wasnt wholly positive, in fact it was quite disastrous but ultimatley it was resolved. The issues being that there doenst appear sufficinet staff available online or via phone to get issues resolved and you do get lost in the system. That said, my circumstances may possibly be in isolation and as long as you have hard copy records ofwhat youve sent accross I would be suprised if it doesnt go through smoothly |
