Cheers Kev,

yeah, made a 6th place this week in the guise of the Gnu - obviously very pleased to make the final table after a few near misses, though also highly disappointed with the manner in which I threw it away after over 5 hours of "hard work"... Maybe I didn't deserve to win it though - I even passed JJ pre-flop to a Flushy shove...

Envelope will be with you just as soon as you switch the lever and let me get some Blonde league points  ;)

This weeks 10 all from the rake....

How come?

I was wondering that too, as last week i think there was only one from the draw. I was too scared to ask incase the setup had changed and this is how it had to be now.

Hi kev

Thanks as always. I have cashed a few times including a 4th. Even fish get lucky!!!

I have explained before on these weekly threads that I have to do what I have to do to keep this deal going. There is nothing sinister or untoward happening ... its just the way it is. Some weeks I may be able to get a few in through the draw of existing Mansion account holders, and I will do this as often as i can.

However it is worth reminding everyone that you will not be picked for a second shot through the draw until EVERYONE who has PM'd me an existing mansion screen name has had a chance, as per the original arrangement.

Byron, No the week we got 3 players in through a blonde rake qualifier was a one off for the week of WSOP sats that took place instead of the 100k comps.

Hope this helps.

Thanks..but who suggested sinister Kev?..I was merely asking why it changed from the original set up when so many went through as rakes and the others,  i think 4 places,  were to go from the draw..Sorry if I came out sounding wrong.

Hi Mrs Nun ... and your 2 dependants ;)

My reply wasn't directed at anyone in particular, more an explanation to all those that have missed the previous answers on this subject.

There were never 4 places from the draw, the original plan was for 3 places from the draw. However as a search through the archives on the blonde/Mansion partnership will show, the deal has been changed a few times and not one of these changes was made by blonde.

I am happy to answer any questions on the subject, so never feel that you cant ask them ... we pride ourselves on always being honest and upfront with everything we do on blonde.

Cheers again..

I quote ..My reply wasn't directed at anyone in particular, more an explanation to all those that have missed the previous answers on this subject....

This was why i was too scared to ask incase i had missed something like the above and me being too darn lazy to read every post on the subject.NOT too scared to ask incase there was something sinister....

Thanks again.  XX

There is nothing sinister or untoward happening

I'm sorry. I don't think anyone was suggesting that anything "untoward" was happening. perhaps I could have phrased my question better. I will try not to incur bold type replies in future.

What I was asking was have Mansion decided that only their biggest rakers will qualify, or is this a one off situation that applies this week only?

Have you read any of my replies Tom ?  I cant explain it any better than I already have.

Yes, I read your replies, and I understand them. I just wondered why you felt the need to point out, in bold type that there is nothing untoward going on, thereby implying that someone was suggesting that there was.

No problem Kev. I know it's tough, and that Mansion keep moving the goalposts. It must be difficult.

I just thought that saying

I have explained before on these weekly threads that I have to do what I have to do to keep this deal going. There is nothing sinister or untoward happening

was a bit unnecessary. However, I Had no intention of causing an argument or offending anyone. if I have, please let me be the first to apologise.

I don't think Kev was particularly getting at Tom or Maureen. It's just that so many of these Mansion draw threads in the past have been filled with people seeming to think they've been hard done by when Mansion have changed things, and Kev is probably a little jumpy whenever he sees posts questioning the mechanics of the draw.

Life's too short.

Kev's my mate, I have the upmost respect for him.

I think we were both a bit quick off the mark today, but we're grown-ups, as far as I'm concerned, that's the end of it.

He does a tough job, and the only time anyone mentions it is to complain.

(If that doesn't get me into next weeks Mansion freebee, nothing will)
