We are getting close to  having 2000 members and I have found a mystery site that will give this member $250 in free cash.

This member needs to come from a unique IP if you ever opened an account from your computer we will know and the 2001st will win it.

This shoud be fun hope we get 20,000 soon

I wrote the 50,000 post on this forum, do i get anything for that?

I asked Tikay if he could sponser me for this season EPT events, considering I did wrote the 50,000th post.

I am still waitin for his reply........

The thing is of course, how do you know who the 2000th member is?
we had all this with the 1500th and Ironside started deleting accounts left right and centre so we never knew who it actually was

Be assured ifm, that wil not happen with the 2000th Member.

stupidiest idea ever

instead of rushing our way to 2000 members people will be reluctant to join as they will be waiting to become member 2000 a better way to do this would be to have a draw of all members before 2000 at random

but then i dont have a sponsor lined up

so would this be in the form of cold hard cash or would this be paid into a certain online site provided the 2000th member had an account with them?

if the latter would this money be available for withdrawl or would it just be available to play on their site?

IMHO, we want to attract new members because we are the best, friendliest, most informative forum on the net

We want people to sign up because they have the same values as us, that has been, and will be the key to blondes long term success

Buying members will ultimatley be self defeating

i agree with Bood on this one, you could easily get someone just joining for the money then piss off again, and not come back, so a monthly Prize draw for the Blonde tourney sounds great.

well that rules you out, cos according to Ironside's way of member account checks, you were 4th.

(put your mouse over your name, and look at the tool bar at bottom of page, the last digit is your account, you = 4)

So Tikay was the 2nd to join and ElBlondie was 3rd. Who was number 1???. My guess it was the web designer.

Considering the last blonde paid the top 30 I think it should be the same for any other comp. NB: this has nothing to do with the fact that I was the 30th person to join blonde :)
