LOL everyone reacted like this!

Horneris claims he was asked to go to a testing facility to be worthy to withdraw.

He's not worthy.

that sux, huh? I'm sorry for the hassle.
On sign up, in their defence, they do have two li'l boxes that you have to explicitly check to sign up, one of which says 'I have read and understand the policy on documentation required for cashout'.

The solution is easy. Just play like a donk like I do, no cashout problems, like....ever! From time to time they demand a passport pic, so they can see who the donk is that keeps donating, apart from that.....

i sent them the details, security cleared me in about 18 hours and money was in my account around 5 working days later.
I have nothing but good to say bout mansion, 5 minutes of scanning documents and that was it.

When I first loaded Mansion on my PC it wouldn't let me deposit any cash, every time I tried it told me to log in to my account ("but I am already logged in you stupid, worthless piece of ****!!!!").

The help I received from them was a long list of things that could make it work, up to and including reinstalling my operating system. It didn't take me long to realise that there are plenty of other poker sites out there which work correctly first time, without any hassle. So I've never played on there, never intend to - that is the way to get around their cashing out palaver.

Thankfully I never had a problem with them.  Deposited via Neteller easily enough and the money was no hassle withdrawing from there either.

Good luck getting your issues resolved :)

and IMHO, behind blonde, they have an excellent customer servce! and the cash games, even if not many choices of tables, are very soft.

minimum...
I don't like the look and feel of it either, but I'm prepared to put up with that for the overlays.

I deposited with Neteller too as I thought it would be the easiest option for depositing when i won the weekly draw and then withdrawing my original deposit but it wont let me :-(

My scanner has broke and I have no way of sending the info they want at the moment, so im hoping to get lucky and win the draw again  ;whistle; as I have the funds ready and waiting :-)

I opened an account with them last week, won a few quid (which is rare for me on the net) faxed them my details at 11am yesterday, recieved an e-mail from them at 11.15 saying they recieved the documents, withdrew some money from the account at 1pm no problem.

Then got humped with a 2 outer on the river in the 100k last night. The sign of things to come???

Great site tho i think.

I never have a problem with them. At first I did have to submit ID but like what was said in another post , a quick scan and bobs your uncle. This is the norm with quite a few sites. Every time I have won a package to far shores with various sites I have to do the same thing.

why do most sites make withdrawals such a bind?? I have played a bit on betdirect recently and several withdrawals and every one hit my account in 3 days with no hassle whatsoever.

Made a couple of withdrawals from stars recently and anything over about a $100 sits pending for 2 days first and then takes ten days to get to my account, it is the only thing i don't like about stars.

and if you haven't got a scanner it's a bus into town, 60p in the photocopier and £3+ for the fax. I'll have to look into buying one i suppose

I'm not surprised you've never had a problem if you sent them the same picture you use on here!!  ;whistle;
