Hard to say really, it is Seal's song but you're correct (i'm pretty sure anyway) that when it first came out it was listed the other way around.

it is actually Adamski's song, he wrote it, released it and recruited a complete unknown to sing on it for him.
Seal rereleased it a few years later

what a great song and a pretty shocking video!!
Cash with terrible arthritis and palsy probably from a stroke intermixed with footage of him as a young man, very powerful and quite upsetting really.

His wife had recently died and Cash himself died not long after making the video. I'm not even sure he saw its release.
