People might currently assume that when contacted by a mod, that it is the decision of a single mod to do so. In fact every decision is discussed by the team and then someone goes into action on the team's behalf. This account can also be used for members to contact the mods team with problems or issues that they have, and the team will check the account regularly. Don't expect an instantaneous reply though!. |
