Title: attention all NATWEST bank customers Post by: lazaroonie on July 09, 2007, 01:35:37 PM It has come to my attention this morning that the NatWest has suffered an almighty screwup in the debit card processing department.
Basically if you are affected you will notice debit card payments that you have made over the past few days coming off your account for a second time. Natwest have said they will clear this up over the next 24 hours, but just thought it maybe useful for NW customers on here to be aware of it. I am not aware of the same problem affecting Royal Bank customers, even although they are on the same system, but I could be wrong. |
