Title: Go away Post by: fearisthekey on July 17, 2007, 10:24:43 PM I've seen this a bit recently in cash games and at the '07 main event final table. All in preflop, then the aggressor leaves the table, walks away.......
How do you generally interpret this? I'm weak and don't want to give a read? I can't stand the heat? Every time live the guy has been stealing......... By standing up, walking around, talking etc...you are offering bits and pieces of information that you needn't give out. A good player who has been assessing your character and watching your general behaviour throughout the day will have all sorts of help in coming to a decision.
Having said that I watched a televised tournament where one guy was doing the walking around bit on a stone cold bluff and his opponent made a great call with second pair. A few hands later another player was pacing around in the SAME way....with the NUTS....against the SAME player. I thought this was genius poker!....because the guy with the nuts was trying to recreate the previous scenario to get his opponent to make another "great call".
