Title: Re: Crunchy Nut Cornflakes Post by: Cybertim on July 29, 2007, 06:39:44 PM I was doing a "tiger" Jigsaw for 4 weeks until someone pointed out it was actually a packet of frosties. no wonder it was difficult ;(
Title: Re: Crunchy Nut Cornflakes Post by: DesD on July 29, 2007, 06:40:18 PM I'm going through a Rice Krispie phase. I'm not proud. Yesterday, my 8 year old daughter casually suggested that I could warm the milk in the microwave. In addition to not being too proud, from time to time, clearly, I'm not too smart.
It's yet to be seen how the phase will develop, but given this new nugget of information, the use of 'pop, crackle and ping' as a diet tool could well backfire. Title: Re: Crunchy Nut Cornflakes Post by: TightEnd on July 29, 2007, 06:41:48 PM Kitkats, but not the chunky ones

Title: Re: Crunchy Nut Cornflakes Post by: KingPoker on July 29, 2007, 08:41:52 PM We buy cheapo brand. Just as tasty, half the price. (which means I can eat twice as many) lidl's brand are much much better than the kelloggs ones! A box is roughly 4 bowls of cereal for me as tend to have massive amounts when i get that cereal craving! But i tend to go between cereal and toast fixes, each period usually lasts for 3 weeks or so till i get sick of it and move back to the other one. But with the toast craving im not sure if its the bread or the marmite i crave, never have anything else on my toast (apart from butter of course before you chirp in smart arses!) Title: Re: Crunchy Nut Cornflakes Post by: Jim-D on July 29, 2007, 08:44:43 PM Toast is just crap!

Title: Re: Crunchy Nut Cornflakes Post by: bobby1 on July 29, 2007, 11:30:25 PM As a night owl I always feel confused when I awake early in the afternoon, does one eat breakfasty things or does one opt for the lunch menu, or does one snack and have a bumper tea late in the day........I am so confused that I eat all three which is good for the soul but not so good for the waistline.

I remember when they first came out and the advert had the slogan:"so hot theyre cool" and me and my pal were talking about them waiting to go into class before school and there was this fat chinese kid, he was a bit of a bod(garuanteed hes a computer analyst now or something like that) and he kept saying to us:"i dont understand it how can they be hot and cool"? and he just didnt seem to get that cool didnt refer to temperature so we beat him up but we were probably going to do this anyway even if he hadnt said anything so dont feel bad for him Title: Re: Crunchy Nut Cornflakes Post by: KingPoker on August 09, 2007, 08:15:02 PM Earl Gray should be exhumed and shot. Title: Re: Crunchy Nut Cornflakes Post by: fearisthekey on August 09, 2007, 09:45:33 PM I love em. Also Honey Nut Shredded wheat. Which make excellent comb-over toupes for balding cats.
Going through a Chocolate Shredded wheat phase. Also make fantastic rafts for castaway spiders. Title: Re: Crunchy Nut Cornflakes Post by: fearisthekey on August 09, 2007, 09:49:29 PM Until I was 12 I thought there was something wrong with me because Ready-Brek didn't give me a light-sabresque all over glow.
If you know what I'm talking about you're reasonably old. Ready-Brek makes fantastic artificial snow for indoor mice snowdomes. (I've been reading a lot of Viz, apologies).
