Michael Muldoon re-raised an UTG David Martin Raise from 3k to 12k, he then proceeded to try and talk Martin into calling but ended up getting him to fold, which actually might have been his plan..

Nik Persaud talking about a previous hand saying people don't think he ever has anything, raises to 3.2k. Iwan Jones moves all-in next to him for 17.2k total. Passed to Nik who instantly calls with Aspades Kd. Iwan shows Ahrt Ad.

Glenn Altman has just knocked out Gary Chapman after the latter pushed with J-x on a K-J-K-J-x board, shame Glenn was holding A-K.

Paul Jackson just passed Jacks to a biggish re-raise all-in on a Tc 8c 6d board, he correctly deduced his opponent was holding overcards with clubs. Brett Davies showed him Ac Qc.

Kevin O'Leary raises to 4,100 in the cut-off. Sunny Chattha makes it 15,000 from the blinds to take it down.

Finally, there's a raise in early position, Alan Vinson re-raises to 25k in the cut-off before Ian Herbert pushes for what looks like 40k more from the button. The blinds are the OR fold, Alan Vinson re-checks his card and we get a glimpse of Ac Kh which he passes. Ian Woodley states, "Kings, minimum."

RookieITB is on about 21k now, he's looking pretty card dead and has a fair number of much larger stacks surrounding him.

For those who were enquiring a while back, Martin Jarvis is on 37.7k. Zahir Aslam however is OUT according to his former tablemate Trevor Reardon, currently double backwards stacking. Or Rear-stacking. Or something.

Witnessed a vast hand between Priyan De Mel and Kevin O'Leary. On a 3s 2c Qs flop, Priyan bet 7.5k. Kevin raised it another 11k, Priyan called.

Turn -  Ahrt - Priyan checks, and Kevin throws enough chips in to cover Priyan, who folds pretty promptly, showing the  Qc. Priyan down to about 42k; Kevin O'Leary now has many chips, interestingly stacked (see before and after pics below). Priyan moves in from the small blind next hand, but finds no callers.

Also Jim Byrne went OUT shortly before dinner with AJ on a Jack-high board against Jon Omara's mighty flushalicious  6s 7s on a 4s 9s Td Js 9d board, all in on the turn.

Oh yes, forgot to say, Justin Kyriakides went OUT just before dinner.

Surinder Sunar is OUT - tried to nick some blinds with QT but one of the blinds called with AJ, no improvement on the board.

Muldoon ponders for not nearly as long as he should before calling with his mighty  2c 5c which is obviously well behind Willie's  6c 6d. As the board is dealt, Willie looks at Michael and says, honestly confounded as well as delighted, "What are you doing?" Michael can only giggle - looks like that 9.6k was a fairly decent chunk of his stack. Eventually he sighs, "Well, at least they were suited" as the 7d 2s 8s Jc Js  board offers not enough help and the chips are pushed Willie's way. Rooks is still on short-stack alert, pushed versus a Rob Garfield utg min-raise and wasn't called.

Chris Bruce made a good call for what looked like almost half his stack when Danny Sampson moved all-in from the small blind, Chris called with Aspades Td, and stayed ahead of the Ac 7c to send him to the rail.

Ian Woodley -- 75,000

Jan Magnus Brevik just doubled up with Ad Kh against David Martin's Ts Td after the board came 8s Kd Kc 5s 3c.

Nik Persaud is getting premium hands it seems at least 3 times every round, I think the number of times he's had A-A, K-K, Q-Q, A-K, A-Q or J-J today could be in the thousands. He just knocked out David Martin (we think) with Jacks vs Ace King, rivering quads. We suspect he's the first one over 200k.

Paul Leckey makes it 8k (1k/2k/200 blinds) from the cutoff, Bad Girl makes it 19k, Leckey pushes, and Bad Girl gives the impression she is passing Queens.

It's all action on Planet Persaud. Shortly after rivering quads for probably the chip lead, he ran pocket queens into Jan Magnus Brevik's pocket kings in a 75k pot. Sounds painful, doesn't it? Rookie Ben Turnstill's perked up a bit. Sunny Chattha checked a 7h 8c 5h flop for Rookie to move in for 23.5k, eliciting a few comments from the table regarding the cheerful recklessness with which he'd been playing for a while it seems. "I get called, I'll slow down," said he. Sunny eventually folded, showing 7d.

Adam Wilkinson bets 20k on a 9d Ts 7s board; Priyan moves in for about 75k.

"You know I'm not going to be making a move on you," says Adam.

"We've played a lot of poker together," says Priyan, in what is actually somehow quite a heartwarming exchange, "and this is the first time I've ever reraised you. I believe you're massive."

Eventually Wilkinson folds, showing  Tc. The camaraderie continues though, Wilkinson saying he was also holding the  Jc for the inside straight and Priyan admitting to pocket jacks. They could have been in the trenches together. It was beautiful, really.

Oh, Well those excellent Blue Square chip counts have rather made my hunting a little redundant since you can very easily see that Burnley John's on 32k and that Mick Jones is OUT. Have to say though that when I was just down there, there appeared to be an empty seat with Andy Booth's number on it - will try to confirm whether he's still hanging in there but it does look a bit like he is also OUT.

Brett passes, Torstein shows a nine. Another hand he raises Ts 6s on the button and hit a Q-T-6 flop. Gotta love a scandie. :D

He just moved all-in with 2h 3h against a button raise from Brett Davies who had Aspades Ks, and rivered the 3!

Among the figuratively dead* are Willie Tann, seen lurking around the cardroom in a no-longer-playing sort of way, and Stuart Nash, who raised with his Ad Td only for Matt Myford to reraise him as good as all in. The flop came queen-high, and when Myford bet, Stuart Nash sadly called for his remaining few k because he didn't really have a choice. Myford turned over aces, and Nash was gone.

Burnley John is still in the running; he seems to have doubled up twice in the past half hour or so.

Trevor Reardon has doubled through Kevin O'Leary with Ace Queen against 9-8 offsuit.

Chris Bruce has also doubled up, through Jan Magnus Brevik with Ks Td against 6h 6c on a 8s Ts Ac 9h Qs board.

Alan Vinnicombe is OUT, J Marles the assassin with Ace King against Vinnicombe's Sevens. Ace third card out.

More chips for Bad Girl. Four at her table see a flop - 8c 5d Qh. She checks so fast it's like she's late for an appointment with the turn. It checks around to Trevor (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=445) Reardon (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=445) who bets 10k and then - ooh, exciting - Bad Girl makes it 30k. After a while Trevor folds. "Why d'you call let me see a flop?" says she, turning over 5s 8s and raking a fair few chips into her stack.

Priyan De Mel is out, crippled after re-raising Jan Magnus Brevik's button raise all-in with Kd 5d against the scandie's Qh Qc which hit trips and fought off a flush draw. He then lost with Queens against Adam Wilkinson's Jacks which flopped a full house.

Matt Cartwright is OUT, Kings against Ian Herbert's Sevens.

Richard Ashby is also on his way home, Fours no good against Jacks.

Bad Girl Xuyen Vladar is OUT in 26th place, RookieITB raised to 22.5k in late position, Bad Girl pushed on the button with A-Q for 27.5k more. Rookie made the call with the dominated Q-J, but the board came 4-9-Q-T-J to knock her out. Luckbox. ::)

Shortly afterwards Adam Stoneham knocked out Joe Grech in 25th with A-Q against Q-J, he then took out John Doyle with Aces against Ace Jack. Get ready for the tidal wave of exits people.

Jan Magnus Brevik just doubled up with A-J vs the A-K of Alan Vinson, four-flushing his Ad.

Burnley John is having some trouble with his microstack - about 20k. 8d Kd against Jonathon Butters' 2d Kh and a split on the 3c Ts 9h 4s 4h board.

Said John of his splitting misfortune - "You lucky fish".

18 now left, they've just broken a table because Paul Kemp ran his K-7 into Jonathon Butters' A-Q with no help from the board.

Adam Stoneham - a very roughly estimated 60k in small denomination chips, and a very bad mood to go with it.  ;hide;

Saw Rookie lose a very large pot. When I wandered over there was already a fair sum in the pot and a flop of 6s Kd Qd.

Turn - Jh - J Marles bets 25k, Rookie calls.

River -  Aspades - Marles bets 35k and Rookie eventually calls.

And on the other table...

Qd 7s 3d 3s board and Sunny Chattha moves all-in, Dave Clark eventually makes the call with 9s 9h, ahead of the 4s 4h of Chattha. An ace on the river helps neither and their are 16 left.

Players are on a short break now. No more exits just yet, although a few veeeery tense moments.

Ian Herbert raises to 25 or 30k, but when Glenn Altham goes all in he folds,  Aspades up. Altham shows AK.

Meanwhile on the other table Adam Wilkinson bets 35k and Jonathon Butters asks for a count (it's about 130), but raises just 40k. Adam moves all in for 88k on top. Butters asks if he should call. Says Wilkinson, "Depends if you wanna go. It's up to you, mate." Butters eventually folds Ahrt Qs face up with a sad "Good bet" to Wilkinson.

Also some excellent whimsy. Trevor Reardon raises under the gun and it folds around. The BB shows 4-5o, and Trevor shows 3-9o. Oh, you boys!  ;smackedbottom;

Incidentally the reason for Taylor suddenly being short stacked was that he doubled up Jonathon Butters previously with Nines vs Ace Jack, Butters flopping trip Jacks.

Saw a curious fold before - Alan Vinson raised preflop to 42k and Tony Ringe reraised all in for 125.5k more, at which VIson folded Ac Kc face up. I would have called that, me. On my $5 sit n gos.

Rookie just pushed against J Marles on an ace high board, after Marles called his limp/raise and then bet into him. Rookie's all-in had him folding an Ace though.

Play has now finished for the night with 12 left, owing to a last-hand unfortunate exit. Warren Wooldridge found Aspades Ahrt in the small blind and Trevor Reardon found Tc Ts in the big blind.
